Christmas in Hastings

The Hastings Sierra Leone Friendship Link has published the card, showing some of the village children waving a greeting across the continents.

The cards, raising funds to build a community resource centre in war-ravaged Hastings, will be on sale at the Hastings Information Centre in Priory Meadow, at £3.50 for a pack of 10, and every pack sold will raise at least £2 towards the project.

Robin Gray, secretary of the Friendship Link said: "With such a strong Hastings theme in a worthwhile cause, the cards are bound to sell quickly."
