Salone takes last again

Reports have it that Sierra Leone occupied the last position out of 128 countries that were reported to have been considered in the World Countries Intellectual Development Rating otherwise referred to as, ‘KAM Knowledge index.’ According to report, factors considered for the rating include, level erudition, number of internet users and telephone communications, legislative base, number of scientists, the quantity and circulation of scientific magazines among others.
