Sierra Leone's power struggle

Residents in Sierra Leone are making the most of electricity supplies whilst the power lasts. Since Sierra Leone's civil war ended in 2002 the country has been fighting to get back on its feet. Electricity is scarce in some parts of the country if not non existent and with elections coming up this year the government is now promising to improve the situation.
