Sierra Leone Diamond increases placing from 20-25 mln stg to 31.8 mln stg
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Sierra Leone Diamond Company Ltd said it has increased the size of its earlier-announced placing from 20-25 mln stg to 31.85 mln stg before expenses, due to substantial demand, and said the increased size still leaves some unfilled demand.
This increase will enable the company to undertake an enlarged scope in its uranium, base metals and gold exploration programmes, it said.
As a result, the company said a total of 24.5 mln shares have been placed at 130 pence per share.
