Sierra Leone defeat Leyton Orient

Sierra Leone celebrated their first match on British soil with a 4-2 win over League One side Leyton Orient on Monday.

The Leone Stars took a fourth minute lead when Watford man Albert Jarrett crossed for Sollien Bundu to nod home from close range.

The West Africans doubled their lead on the 20th minute when Brian Saah was adjudged to have fouled Bundu in the area.

Monaco striker Mohammed Kallon stepped up to bury the penalty.

Clayton Fortune halved the deficit six minutes before the interval before Kemokai Kallon made it 3-1, after pouncing on a loose ball to slot confidently past Glyn Garner.

Sydney Karugbo extended the lead of the Leone Stars in the 65th minute before Nigeria-born Efe Echanomi pulled one back.

The Leone Stars used the match as part of their build-up towards their next Nations Cup qualifier against Togo in June.

Sierra Leone are bottom of Group Nine with one point after three matches.
